MINER SPORTS MEDICINE MISSION
The role of Miner Sports Medicine is to keep our Student Athletes healthy and on the playing field. This is achieved by providing the basics of Athletic Training which are; prevention, recognition, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries and illness. A team of Certified Athletic Trainers work closely with a health care team comprised of physicians, coaches, and support staff to ensure the athletes receive quick and appropriate health care.
