ROLLA, Mo. – Missouri S&T will show its first internet broadcast of home events this weekend when the Lady Miner volleyball games on Friday against Northern Kentucky and Saturday against Bellarmine will be aired on the B2 Networks.
B2 Networks joined with the Great Lakes Valley Conference in a partnership in September to provide broadband broadcasts of GLVC contests in various sports. Fans are able to watch the games live at a cost of $7 per game, with season ticket packages available as well.
Of the 15 institutions in the GLVC, 11 are involved in the B2 program to air games over the internet. A majority of Missouri S&T’s men’s and women’s basketball games – home and away – will be available on B2 Networks beginning Nov. 16 with the men’s season opener against Harding, while home football and a full slate of home volleyball games will be added to the package as well in the fall of 2010.
A number of conferences at the NCAA Division II level are providing games through B2 Networks, including the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association, Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
Friday’s game will start at 7 p.m. and Saturday’s game will begin at 3 p.m. To access the webcasts, go to
