ROLLA, Mo. – University of Missouri-Rolla volleyball coach Jason Holt has announced that he will hold a tryout camp for UMR students on Monday, Nov. 13 at the The Centre in Rolla.
The tryout session will take place from 4-6:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the gymnasium at The Centre, which is located at 1200 North Holloway just east of the UMR campus.
Any current female UMR student who intends to be enrolled as a full-time student in the 2007 fall semester can take part in the session as the Lady Miners will begin play in the sport next fall. Those who wish to take part in the tryout will need to pick up a packet at the UMR athletics office, which will include a tryout information sheet, a volleyball questionnaire and insurance and liability forms.
The questionnaire and insurance/liability forms must be turned in along with a copy of the participant’s insurance card in order to be able to take part in the tryout.
Only current UMR students will be able to participate in the tryout camp. Those who are still enrolled in high school will not be able to take part in the Nov. 1 camp.
